By accessing or placing an order on the Yume Cha website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

All products sold by Yume Cha are premium Japanese matcha powder sourced and packaged in Japan. Product descriptions, weights, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge and may be updated without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in appearance may occur due to photography conditions.

All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated separately based on your delivery location and will be displayed before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders already placed and confirmed will be honored at the price at the time of purchase.

Submitting an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded in full.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Card — processed securely via PayMongo (Visa and Mastercard)
• GCash — mobile wallet transfer to our registered GCash number
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer to our Metro Bank account

For GCash and bank transfers, payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order. Unconfirmed payments after this period may result in order cancellation.

Please include your order reference number when making manual transfers to help us identify your payment.

We ship nationwide within the Philippines via trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Manila (NCR): 2–4 business days
• Provincial Luzon: 3–6 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao: 5–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or allow you to wait for restock.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Yume Cha and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Yume Cha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
