What is the difference between Midorinami and Hekido?
Midorinami (緑波) is our smooth, balanced ceremonial-grade matcha with a mild creaminess — ideal for lattes and everyday drinking. Hekido (碧道) has a deeper, more vegetal character with a vibrant green color, perfect for purists who enjoy traditional matcha preparation.
How do I prepare matcha?
Sift 1–2 grams (about ½–1 teaspoon) into a bowl or cup. Add 70–80ml of hot water at around 70–80°C — not boiling. Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until frothy. For a matcha latte, simply add steamed milk to taste.
How long will my order arrive?
- Metro Manila (NCR): 2–4 business days
- Provincial Luzon: 3–6 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 5–9 business days
Delivery estimates are also included in your shipping confirmation email. Times may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.
How do I confirm my payment?
Once you complete your GCash or bank transfer, no further action is needed. We verify payments directly through our GCash and bank applications by matching the transaction to your order details. Once confirmed, we will update your order status and you will receive a confirmation email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of 5 or more items qualify for free shipping nationwide, regardless of your delivery location.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel for free before payment is verified. After payment verification, a ₱50 cancellation fee applies. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, please reach out via our social media or email as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please take a photo or video upon opening your package and contact us within 48 hours via email or social media. We will arrange a replacement or refund for all verified cases.
